An Update & Invitation

It’s been a minute since I’ve written anything here. I’ve been incredibly busy over at changeforce — a consulting company that helps companies navigate critical junctures.

I am now Managing Director of Organizational Effectiveness, which is one of changeforce’s three practice areas (along with People & Operations and Mergers & Acquisitions).
